Located in a charming 70-year-old house surrounded by a lush garden, we offer simple, eco-conscious rooms for like-minded individuals seeking a slower, more mindful way of life. We believe that true luxury lies in well-being, an active lifestyle, and a deep connection with nature.
Our offerings include aqua therapy, a gentle yet transformative experience conducted in a warm water pool. These therapeutic sessions are suitable for everyone—from confident swimmers to non-swimmers or those less comfortable in the water. Aqua therapy promotes physical and emotional well-being, offering a range of benefits:
• Relieves Stress and Tension: Warm water calms the nervous system, promoting deep relaxation.
• Eases Pain and Stiffness: The buoyancy of water reduces pressure on joints and muscles, offering relief from discomfort.
• Enhances Mobility: Aqua therapy improves flexibility, range of motion, and overall body alignment in a low-impact way.
• Boosts Circulation and Healing: Warm water increases blood flow, aiding recovery and promoting health.
As we strive towards sustainability and eco-conscious living, we invite those who share our values to experience our peaceful space, connect with nature, and embrace the slow and serene rhythm of Varkala.
In addition to wellness therapies, we also offer rooms for a comfortable stay, where you can unwind, recharge, and immerse yourself in the beauty and tranquility of our retreat.
